Getting Started
When you click the "On-line Catalog Request Form" option from the "Welcome to NAEIR Members Only!" page, you will be directed to the MEMBER CATALOG LOGIN page where you will need to enter your "Login ID" and "Password".  This "Login ID" and "Password" are the same as those used for NAEIR E-xpress requesting.
If you do not have a "Login ID" and "Password" for on-line requesting, please contact your NAEIR Membership Advocate and you will be given instructions on how to obtain them.
After entering your "Login ID" and "Password", click on the ">>login" link and you will be directed to the main Catalog Requesting page, where you will see the current active NAEIR Catalog and the date through which we will accept catalog requests.  Follow the steps below:
  1. Verify the shipping address that is showing for your organization.  If a change is required, click the link to print the "Address Change Form".  Fill out the form and mail or fax it to NAEIR for approval.


  2. Select the delivery option "Ship" or "Pickup" from the drop down box.

  3. If you want your request to be associated with a Purchase Order, enter the Purchase Order number in the appropriate box.


  4. Click the "Request Stock Numbers from Catalog" link to begin entering your Stock Number selections.

Entering Stock Numbers
On the "Stock Number" page, you will notice it is setup similar to the "Catalog Request Form" included with your Catalog.  You will need to enter the Quantity (requested), whether or not it is a "Preferred Item", and the Stock Number.  Our intent is to make this process as efficient as possible by setting up the page so that the mouse is not needed to quickly enter your requested items.  Here's how it works:
  1. Enter the Quantity followed by the "Enter" key to move to the Preferred Item box.  You may use the keys from either the main keyboard or the keypad.


  2. Use the "down arrow" key followed by the "Enter" key to change the "Preferred Item" box to indicate "Yes" if the Stock Number requested is a preferred item.


  3. Enter the 5-digit Stock Number.  When the 5th digit of the Stock Number has been entered, the "Add Stock Numbers to Request" button will automatically be highlighted (selected), and one more depression of the "Enter" key will now add the Stock Number to your request.


  4. The form fields on the page will be cleared and you will be ready to enter the next item on your request.  You will notice that the last Stock Number you entered, along with the Quantity Requested, shows near the top of the cleared page.
As you enter your Quantities and Stock Numbers, they are saved in a "holding" database so that you may quit entering, "logoff" the NAEIR web site, and even shut down your PC at any time.  When you log back in and return to the On-line Catalog Request Form, everything you entered will still be there and you may resume entering additional requested items.

Entering a Stock Number Comment
We have also provided you with a couple of comment options you may apply to any Stock Number requested.  To select a comment, use your mouse to select from the "Quantity Comment" drop down box located just below the "Add Stock Number to Request" button.
The "Quantity Comment" drop down box lets you choose between "All or None" and "Min. of" selections.
Selecting the "All or None" option, tells our Allocation programs that if there isn't enough inventory available to completely satisfy the requested quantity for this item, you don't want any at all.
Selecting the "Min. of" option requires that you also enter a "Min. Qty" (minimum quantity).  This will tell our Allocation programs that even though you would like to have the actual "Requested Quantity" if sufficient quantity is available, you do not want any less than the quantity entered in the "Min. Qty" box.

Entering Lottery Item Requests
At anytime, after you have entered at least one requested Stock Number, you may click on the "Catalog Lottery" link.  This will take you to the "Lottery Selections" where you may click the "Check" boxes next to the lottery items you wish to add to your catalog request.  Once you have "checked" all the boxes for your lottery selections, click the "Request These Lottery Items" button to add them to your catalog request.

Viewing and Printing Your Catalog Request
You may click the "View Requested Stock Numbers" or the NAEIR Truck icon at the top right of the page to review the stock numbers on your request.  This will take you to the "Your Selections for Catalog…" page where you may review, change, or delete any of the Stock Numbers entered.  You may also PRINT your Catalog Request using your browser's "File" and "Print" options.
To CHANGE a Stock Number's requested quantity, click on the small "camera" icon at the far left of the line (stock number) to be changed.  A new page will appear that lets you change the "Quantity Requested", the "Preferred/non-Preferred" status, or the "Quantity Comment".  After any changes, you must click the "Accept Change" button to confirm the change.
To DELETE a Stock Number, click the "X" just right of the "camera" icon.  You will also have to respond to the "Are you sure…" prompt window that appears.
To DELETE the entire catalog request, click on the "X" that's on the left in the Stock Number heading line.  Again to confirm the change, you must answer the "Are you sure…" prompt window.
To CHANGE the delivery status (SHIP or PICKUP) or the purchase order number, click the "Click to Change or Add Delivery Type or Purchase Order" button.  This will take you to the initial catalog request page where you first saw the shipping address for your organization.  Make any changes necessary and click the "Request Stock Numbers from Catalog" button to commit the changes.

Completing and Submitting Your Catalog Request
When you have finished entering everything for your Catalog Request and you are sure it is correct, click the "View Requested Stock Numbers" or the NAEIR Truck icon at the top right of the page.  To commit your requested items and submit your "request form" to our catalog allocation programs, click the "Complete and Submit My Request" button.  You will have to answer the "Click OK to Complete Your Request" prompt window to finally confirm and submit your catalog request.
Once you have completed and submitted your request, you will no longer be able to access it on-line.  It will have been sent to our catalog request processing system for allocation, final approval, and then prepared for your requested delivery option (PICKUP or SHIP).
